BOOKATAILOR does not offer any refunds because we offer our customers 100% custom clothing, not made to measure, not off the rack, not made to fit.
BOOKATAILOR reserves the right to deny remake requests in circumstances where alterations can be completed locally. Items cannot be remade based on “preferred” customization changes. Individuals are responsible for return shipping costs of remade items.
Due to limited fabric supply, some items may be unavailable to be remade and you may be asked to choose an alternative fabric for your remake order of equal or lesser value.

First time customers garments are custom made and delivered within 4 weeks* via FedEx to the customers preferred showroom.
Existing customers garments are shipped to their preferred showroom, home or address of choice.
Customers are automatically alerted when their order is in the showroom via email and SMS. If a customer chooses to be alerted through alternate mediums (i.e. phone, alternate email) they must notify their Brand Stylist or our Corporate Office at (212) 486-6628 or firstname.lastname@example.org.

BOOKATAILOR garments are bespoke and delivered to our showroom within 4 weeks
(Orders placed during the Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sale and during Chinese New Year may take up to 6-8 weeks due to an increase in orders.)
*BOOKATAILOR does ship internationally and the consumer will be notified of any shipping charges before any shipments are sent out.
Customers will be responsible for any shipping charges outside of the United States, if they choose to have us ship something internationally.

BOOKATAILOR takes many active steps to ensure the absolute safety of your credit card and personal information. We process all credit cards via a fully secured and reputable third party payment processor and do NOT keep full credit card information on record.
In order to make the best garments possible, BOOKATAILOR uses your body measurements to create a completely custom suit that’s meant to fit. We guide you through our online measurement process step-by-step with easy to follow videos. It only takes 10 minutes and can be done from the comfort of your own home, office or hotel room, if you choose a Smart Tailor.
You’ll be prompted to get measured once you’re ready to checkout – after choosing from a full selection of suits, shirts and outerwear and customizing the details to match your style.
Once your order is placed, one of our Master Tailors will take your body measurements and create a made to measure garment just for you.
Choose a local tailor. We’ll pick up the cost.
Up to $50 USD for suits and $15 USD for a shirt with a copy of a receipt from your local tailor.
Need alterations? We’re here to help. We suggest that you first email us at email@example.com so that we can provide you with an objective second opinion of how your garments fit. You’ll get personal attention from one of our Smart Tailors, who will make suggestions on how to best improve the fit of your custom clothes. When you look good, we look good!
Alteration credits are available within 21 days of receiving your custom made product. We offer up to $50 in alterations credit per custom suit and $15 in alterations credit for all other custom made items. Just bring the BOOKATAILOR Alterations Form to your local tailor and have him/her note the adjustments.
Remember to keep your receipt as you’ll need a photo or a scan of it to qualify for the alterations credit. Once you have your alterations form and receipt ready, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll process the credit and adjust your measurement profile so that we can perfect your fit on future orders.
