Return Policy

All purchased vouchers are final sale. No refund will be issued under any circumstances.

Due to the nature of custom clothing, there are no returns or refunds.

Any items not collected by the customer within 6 months after the ready email was sent will be considered abandoned. All abandoned items will be disposed of after the 6 months ends. BookATailor is not responsible for refunds or remakes of abandoned items.


Customers garments are custom made and delivered within 4 weeks* via FedEx to the customers preferred showroom.

Customers are automatically alerted when their order is in the showroom via email and SMS. If a customer chooses to be alerted through alternate mediums (i.e. phone, alternate email) they must notify their Brand Stylist or our Corporate Office at (212) 486-6628 or [email protected]


BOOKATAILOR customers are responsible for any shipping charges if they wish to have their garments shipped to them.

BOOKATAILOR does ship internationally and the consumer will be notified of any shipping charges before any shipments are sent out.

BOOKATAILOR garments are bespoke and delivered to our showroom within 4 weeks (Orders placed during the Black Friday and Cyber Monday may take up to 6-8 weeks due to an increase in orders.)

Customers will be responsible for any shipping charges outside of the United States, if they choose to have us ship something internationally.

Payment Safety

BOOKATAILOR takes many active steps to ensure the absolute safety of your credit card and personal information. We process all credit cards via a fully secured and reputable third party payment processor and do NOT keep full credit card information on record.

All orders must be paid in full in order for them to be processed.


In order to build a customers measurement profile, the customer must book an appointment with their preferred showroom location. Bookatailor takes a total of 18 measurements and the process takes about 10 minutes, depending on the customer.

For a minimum spend of $1,000 USD, Bookatailor offers individual appointments in the comfort of your own home, office, and/or hotel room. The $1,000 USD minimum spend can be waived if there is a group of 5 or more individuals committed to purchase at one set location.


Bookatailor will handle any required alterations during your first fitting and/or within 21 days of the day you pick up your product from your preferred showroom.

Bookatailor guarantees 100% satisfaction and fit within 30 days of your product ready email being received. Due to the fact that the human body fluctuates in weight, we urge all customers to pick-up their product within these 30 days.

Any alterations done to the garments by an outside tailor will void our alteration/remake policy.
